Help Kenecta, a member-driven credit union affiliated with Xerox, enhance engagementwith its community through a more strategic and effective social media presence. Thegoal was to increase brand visibility, streamline campaign execution, and grow theirdigital audience.

Strategy

Kenecta (previously known as Xceed Financial) partnered with DB Digi to audit itsexisting social media activity and identify growth opportunities. DB Digi developed arefined social strategy focused on authentic member storytelling, consistent brandmessaging, and a sustainable content calendar. Visual guidelines and engagementtactics were also introduced to help strengthen community connections across all majorplatforms.
